BOOTCAMP

My Bootcamp, unique in its kind in Montreal, is a outdoor group training session consisting of carrying and moving objects.

The focus of the training is to target cardio, build muscle tone while using original training techniques.

The obstacle course like the training location also constantly changes.

 

 

BOOTCAMP beginners: This level is designed for everyone.

You will train at a moderate pace; you will learn the basic movements for bootcamp comeandtrain as well as the various techniques and exercise sequences.

Your instructors will explain and show you the basic way and form to accomplish each exercise correctly. Team spirit is emphasized during these training sessions.

After some training sessions,  “recruit” and “soldier“ tests will permit you to move to the next training level, called the regular, so you may achieve new fitness goals.

 

BOOTCAMP regular: This level is for people in good physical shape wishing to surpass themselves and who need an alternative training to depressing interior gyms. The pace is faster and steady and the emphasis is on building strength, endurance, explosiveness and a better cardio.

At this level, teamwork is even more important since the training exercises and courses are more challenging physically and mentally. You and your teammates will need to rely on each other even more during these trainings.

As an accomplished “recruit” you will be able to test yourself to achieve the next level, which consist of “soldier”, “veteran” or the awesome “commando” test. The possibilities are now wide open for the bootcamp challenge.

 

After many weeks, months or even years of personal improvements and achievements, you will be authorized to participate at the highest training level of bootcamp comeandtrain:

 

 

BOOTCAMP challenge: Unique training sessions that are always challenging but fun.  The motto is what happens at the challenge stays at the challenge. Only those brave enough to participate will really know the level and training that happens here.

Already, rumors run rampant on the Mont Royal Park: They talk about a 4X4 being pushing from the big statue all the way up the mountain to the big cross for nearly 1h20 by 8 people to celebrate the 1st year anniversary of the creation of comeandtrain bootcamp; training with gas masks, hypoxia training, boxing, …
